Weil Advises Vonage Holdings Corp. in its Pending $6.2B Sale to Ericsson

Weil is advising Vonage Holdings Corp., a global provider of cloud-based communications, in its pending $6.2 billion sale to Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (Ericsson), a Sweden-based enabler for communications service providers to capture the full value of connectivity. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
