Weil is advising Marquee Raine Acquisition Corp., a TMT-focused SPAC sponsored by an affiliate of The Raine Group and affiliates of Marquee Sports Holdings, in its approximately $1.2 billion business combination with Enjoy Technology, Inc., a technology-powered service platform reinventing “Commerce at Home.” The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
