Weil Advises GS Acquisition Holdings Corp II in its Pending $2.6B Business Combination with Mirion Technologies, Inc.

Weil is advising GS Acquisition Holdings Corp II, a SPAC sponsored by an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., in its pending $2.6 billion business combination with Mirion Technologies, Inc. (a portfolio company of Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP), a global provider of mission-critical radiation detection and measurement solutions. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company will be a publicly traded company operating under the name Mirion Technologies, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
