Weil Advises Depop and its Selling Shareholders on its Sale to Etsy
Weil has advised the British fashion marketplace app Depop and its selling shareholders on the sale of the company to Etsy, the U.S.-based online marketplace, for $1.625 billion.
The Weil team was led by Private Equity partner Jonathan Wood and includes Corporate partner Murray Cox, Tax partner Oliver Walker, Private Equity counsel Ellie Fialho, Tax counsel Erica Rees and Private Equity associate Jessica Corr.
