Weil is advising Advent International in the acquisition by its affiliate AI Beauty Holdings of cosmetics brands bareMinerals, BUXOM and Laura Mercier from Shiseido Americas Corporation. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year, subject to customary closing conditions.
