Weil advised Snow Phipps Group in its sale of Kele, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of peripheral control products used in building automation systems, to The Stephens Group. The transaction closed on February 20, 2020.
Weil also advised Snow Phipps Group in its acquisition of Kele, Inc. in 2015.
