Weil Advised Poppulo in its Merger with Four Winds Interactive LLC

Weil advised Poppulo (a portfolio company of Susquehanna Growth Equity), a provider of email and mobile employee communication software, in its merger with Four Winds Interactive LLC (a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners), an enterprise software company for digital signage, interactive kiosk, and mobile applications used to digitally transform customer and employee experiences. The transaction closed on April 13, 2021.
