Weil Advised Lendlease in its Development and Joint Venture with Ivanhoé Cambridge to Develop a $650M Life Sciences Building at Boston Landing

Weil advised Lendlease Americas Inc. (a subsidiary of Lendlease Corporation Limited), a leading global real estate group, in its development and joint venture with Ivanhoé Cambridge Inc., a global real estate investor, to develop a 1.15-acre project featuring a $650 million state-of-the-art life sciences building with world-class amenities, located at 60 Guest Street, a land parcel in the Boston Landing campus in Allston/Brighton, Massachusetts.
