Weil Advised Brookfield Asset Management in the $2.7B Closing of Brookfield Infrastructure Debt Fund II
Weil advised Brookfield Asset Management Inc. in the closing of its latest infrastructure debt fund, Brookfield Infrastructure Debt Fund II.
Weil also advised on the closing of Brookfield’s previous $885 million fund, Brookfield Infrastructure Debt Fund I, which closed in December 2017.
The Weil team that advised Brookfield was led by Private Funds partners Andrew Chizzik and Cassie Kimmelman and included Private Funds associates Lana Castor and Becki Steinberg.
