Weil Advised Blackstone in $130M Series F Financing for Vectra AI, Inc.

Weil advised Blackstone, as lead investor, in a $130 million Series F financing for Vectra AI, Inc., a leader in threat detection and response. Existing investors also participated in the financing, increasing the company’s total funding to more than $350 million at a post-money valuation of $1.2 billion.
