Weil Advised Berkshire Partners-Backed Parts Town on its Acquisition of the REPA Group

Weil advised Berkshire Partners-backed PT Holdings, the parent company of Parts Town, a technology innovator and leader in foodservice equipment parts distribution, on its acquisition of the REPA Group, a European leader in parts distribution. This follows our recent advice to Berkshire Partners on its sale of a minority stake in Parts Town to Leonard Green Partners, with Berkshire retaining a majority stake.
