Weil advised Citi and another financial institution as financial advisors and asproviders of committed financing for Occidental Petroleum Corporation – an international oil and gas exploration and production company with operations in the United States, Middle East and Latin America – in its $55 billion acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. The transaction closed August 08, 2019.
