Weil Advised American Securities in its Acquisition of Beacon’s Interior Products Business

Weil advised American Securities in its $850 million acquisition of the Interior Products Business of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., a distributor at more than 80 branch locations of construction products, including wallboard, acoustical ceilings, steel framing and insulation, to residential and commercial contractors. The transaction closed on February 10, 2021.
