Treasury and IRS Release Initial FEOC Guidance
On February 12, 2026, the US Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service released Notice 2026-15, which provides initial guidance under the foreign entity of concern provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
