Weil Advised Blackstone in $130M Series F Financing for Vectra AI, Inc.
Weil advised Blackstone, as lead investor, in a $130 million Series F financing for Vectra AI, Inc., a leader in threat detection and response. Existing investors also participated in the financing, increasing the company’s total funding to more than $350 million at a post-money valuation of $1.2 billion.
The Weil team that advised Blackstone was led by Private Equity partner Kyle Krpata and included Private Equity associates Daniel Cohen and Katherine Adams. The team also included Tax partner Noah Beck; Tax associate Kyle Jackson; Technology & IP Transactions/Privacy counsel Olivia Greer; and Antitrust counsel Michael Naughton.
